The level is AA in which this site passes Priority level 1 and 2.

It also passes the new WCAG 2.0 at level AA Priority level 1 and 2.

Access Keys

Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that take you to important links from the main navigation.
Windows Microsoft InternetExplorer users can press the ALT plus an Access key, followed by RETURN.
Windows Firefox users can press the ALT and SHIFT plus an Access key.
Apple Safari 5 and above users can press the CONTROL and ALT plus an Access key.
Apple Firefox, Safari 4 and below users can press the CONTROL plus an Access key.
