NEW PARISH PRIEST:
We will be welcoming Fr. David Reilly as our new Parish Priest in September. We also welcome Fr. Gabriele Brusco (pictured above), who will be joining us as assistant priest.  Please keep them both in your prayers.

ST PETER AND ST PAUL:
Thursday 29th June is the Feast Day of St Peter & St Paul and is a Holy Day of Obligation.  Mass will be at 8 am, 10 am and 7.30 pm.  The school will be joining us for the 10 am Mass.

PETER’S PENCE:
There will be a collection on Thursday 29th June after all Masses for the Holy Father’s personal charities.

PATRICIA FLYNN RIP:
The Requiem will take place on Tuesday 27th June at 10 am.

GASPARE TODESCO RIP:
The Requiem is on Wednesday 28th June at 10 am.

LUIGI DAMIS RIP:
The Requiem is on Tuesday 4th July at 10 am.

If you are interested in receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation next year please sign the sheet in the Sacristy today.  Please note that the young person must sign the sheet not the parent/guardian.

A BIG THANK YOU FROM FR TOM:
Fr. Tom sends A Big Thank You to all of you for attending his Jubilee Mass on Saturday evening, and for the lovely cards, gifts and good wishes.  He also thanks all those who worked so hard to make the evening such a success – both in the church and in the Hall afterwards.
He would like to point out that he is not actually leaving the Parish until early September!

SCHOOL SELF-ASSESSMENT FORMS:
If you have a child who will be starting either Primary or Secondary school in September 2018, please take a self-assessment form today.  They should be returned by Sunday 16th July.  Dates for appointment to see the priest to sign your school application forms will be announced in due course.

CONCERT FOR RWANDA:
The Mairi-O-Nette’s will be performing on Saturday 1st July at 7.45 pm in the Parish Hall to raise funds for Streets Ahead Rwanda, a charity that helps street children to reunite with their families.  Tickets will be on sale after all Masses this weekend in the Hall.   Please see the poster at the church entrance for more details.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION COURSE:
If your child is going into Year Three, and you would like them to make their First Communion next Spring,  please collect a course application form from the Sacristy and sign the sheet as you do so.  Form should be returned by Sunday 16th July.

OUR LADY OF LOURDES SCHOOL SUMMER FAYRE:
9th July between 12 noon – 4 pm.
A Fun Day for all the family.  Attractions include BBQ, Bouncy Castle, lots of cake and a Great Raffle with Great Prizes (First Prize is an IPad).  Everyone welcome!
