PRIMARY & SECONDARY SCHOOL PARISH SELF ASSESSMENT FORMS:
If your child is starting at either a primary or a secondary school in September 2016 and you wish them to attend a Catholic school you will need to complete a “Self-Assessment Form”. These are now available in the Sacristy. Please sign the sheet as you take a form. They must be returned to the Parish Office by 17th July.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2016:
Please sign for, and collect, a form for next year’s Communion programme from the Sacristy today. All details are on the form.
PAPER SHOP VOLUNTEERS:

A CLEAN CHURCH:

FAIR TRADE STALL:
Next Sunday 11th & 12th July sees the last Fair Trade sale until Autumn. Open in the hall at the usual times until the 12.30 pm Mass begins.
BAPTISM APPLICATION:
The July Baptism course begins on Monday 6th when you are invited to the Parish Hall between 7.30 and 8.15 pm to complete your application form. Please note that this is different to the usual advertised times.
CONFIRMATION 2016:
Please sign the form and take a timetable (available in the Sacristy) for next year’s Confirmation Course.
The sign-up sheet will remain open until 19th July, after which we need to confirm precise numbers to send to the Bishop’s office.
PROCLAIM’15:
All are invited to a Prayer Vigil to pray for the PROCLAIM’15 Conference that is being held in Birmingham on 11th July. The Vigil will take place at St. Monica’s, Palmers Green, N13 4DJ, on Friday 10th July at 7.30 pm. Our Deanery will be represented in Birmingham by Tim Allerton from St. Monica’s parish.

ST FRANCIS XAVIER MISSION APPEAL:
A very big thank you for your generosity last weekend. A total of £2194 was collected.
ST PATRICK’S CEMETERY LEYTONSTONE:
There will be a Mass at St Patrick’s Cemetery on Monday 13th July at 11.30 am.
DIOCESAN APPEALS:
There will a collection after all Masses next weekend for three of our Diocesan charities: Catholic Communications, Catholic Education and Apostleship of the Sea. Gift Aid envelopes for the latter are available at the back of the church.
