Please see one of the priests if you would like to volunteer on Sunday mornings.

SYNODAL WAY (2021-2023)
Many of you listened to the Cardinal’s message in church two weeks’ ago. Last Sunday, Pope Francis opened the synodal journey at a Mass in St Peter’s. On Saturday, Cardinal Nichols will open the same prayerful journey in our diocese at the cathedral.  This way is about listening and prayer. More details to follow in due course.

HOLY SOULS
Prayer sheets and envelopes are available at the back of church to make our Book of Remembrance. If you can, please include an offering to cover the November Masses given to the Holy Souls. We will soon publish dates for a prayer service in both New Southgate and Southgate cemeteries.

OFFERTORY COUNTERS’ ROTA-MONDAY MORNINGS
Counting will now take place on Monday mornings rather than Sundays as before.  Many thanks to all of you who have volunteered to return to this task!  Please note that we have had to revise the rota, so if you have already collected one from the sacristy, you will need to collect a new one!  If you would prefer to receive it by email, please send an email to the parish office on This email address is being protected from spambots. HEALTH & SAFETY
Please continue to use the QR code to sign in on your smartphone if you would like to. You are encouraged to wear a face covering but this is not mandatory. Please be respectful of those who may want to keep a distance. Thank you.

SHOP
The shop is now open again on Sunday mornings after the first three Masses. It is not open on a Saturday or after the 12.30pm Mass on Sundays. Parishioners who attend the 12.30 are invited to visit the shop before Mass. There are now some Christmas cards available in the shop. Please note that we do not have the Catholic papers anymore. Unfortunately, in the lockdown some of the titles went out of business but the remainder are available to purchase by subscription as either digital or print copies, which also saves the parish buying the papers. If any parishioners would like to help run the shop, please speak to one of the priests or contact the parish office. Thank you all.
