FR TOM WRITES
After the seasons of Lent and Easter, as well as the feasts of the Holy Trinity and Corpus Christi, this Sunday the Church returns to Ordinary Time. It is easy for us to think this time is less significant, yet, it is a beautiful time in which we discover the joy of following the Lord in the simplicity of our daily lives. May we seek the Lord no less now than we do at other times of the year, and may we desire to become more and more like him in all our thoughts, words and actions.
PARISH OFFICE
Please note that the parish office is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

The annual Mass at New Southgate Cemetery will be celebrated on Saturday 27 June at 11 am, followed by prayers at Waterfall Road Cemetery.
PARISH MINISTRIES
If you are a reader, altar server or extraordinary minister of Holy Communion (those who appear online) you are kindly asked to complete a consent form which can be obtained from the sacristy or office. For those under 18 years, the form should be completed by the parent. Secondly, would you like to help at the back of church by welcoming people to Mass, giving out books and taking the Sunday collection? If you can help, please speak to one of the priests or contact the office.

Monthly meetings will take participants on a journey of formation, with the simple aim to form young Catholics and to give them the tools necessary to lead young people. If interested, speak to Fr David or Fr Tom.
