BECOMING A CATHOLIC:
Are you someone who is thinking of becoming a Catholic, or even simply wanting to find out more about the Catholic Faith?  Have been coming to Mass for some time but have not yet taken the further step?  Is over 18 and not yet confirmed?  If you would like more information, please contact a member of the Parish Team or take an RCIA application form from the Paper Shop.

CALLING ALL SERVERS:
Thank you for stepping in where you can – the rota begins again in September, please continue to call in at the Sacristy when you arrive for Mass and offer to serve.  Thank you!!

PARISH HALL (BROWN) DOOR KEY:
An amnesty is announced for all who have a key in their possession that they shouldn’t have.  This applies to one-off hall users, who have forgotten to return the key and other users who no longer need one.  Please let us have them back!  Just drop them through the letter box by the Blue door.  Many thanks!    

WORLD GOA DAY:
Goans and the wider community are invited to celebrate World Goa Day at the Friars, Aylesford, Kent ME20 7BX on Sunday 23rd August 2009.  The celebration will commence with an open-air mass at 11.30am and will be followed by a picnic in the church grounds.  Please contact Lara Pereira on 07792 446 486 email;  This email address is being protected from spambots. SUMMER FOUR SEASONS DRAW:
This will take place after the 9.45am Mass on Sunday 16th August. Subscriptions need to be in by Saturday 15th August. New members are always welcome. Application forms are in the Paper Shop. 

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2010:
Forms are still available from the Paper Shop for the First Holy Communion programme for Parishioners.  Children must be at least 7 years old by 31st August 2009.   If your child attends a Catholic school or attended last year’s course for children at non Catholic schools you need the white form.  The forms must be handed in, in person on Tuesday 8th September  6pm – 8pm.  Please do not return it before then. 

SATURDAY CATECHISM CLASSES:
If your child attends a non-Catholic school and you would like them to make their First Holy Communion please collect a pink form from the Paper Shop.  This is a one year course which then feeds into the FHC course and your child should be at least 6 years old by 31st August 2009. 

SUNDAY MORNING REFRESHMENTS:
Don’t forget – there is no coffee morning after Sunday morning’s masses for the rest of the month. 

8AM MASS:
There are no 8am Masses during the month of August.
