LENT TALKS:
The Lent talks begin this Tuesday 23rd February with “Palm Sunday and the Last Supper according to Luke” by Fr. Tom.  It takes place in the Upper Meeting Room at 7.30 pm.  These talks are a good opportunity to reflect upon the events of Holy Week and will help deepen our understanding of the special services of that week.Further talks take place on 9th and 23rd March and details are on the notice board and the website. 

THANKSGIVING FOR MATRIMONY:
If you would like to attend the special Mass at Westminster Cathedral on Saturday 22nd May for those who are celebrating their 10th, 25th, 40th, 50th and 60th anniversary this year, please leave your name, address, wedding date and some contact details with the office.  Thank you. 

ST VALENTINE’S LUNCH:
Cecilia and Clyde would like to thank everyone who supported the Valentine’s lunch.  A special thankyou to all those who helped.  A fantastic sum of £1,015 was raised towards the Sanctuary flooring.

REHEARSALS FOR THE GOOD FRIDAY MUSICAL LITURGY “BORN FOR THIS” continue this Tuesday 23 February at 7.45pm.  If you haven’t signed up but still want to be involved, just turn up on Tuesday. 

CONFIRMATION COURSE:
The next session is on Wednesday 24th February at 7 pm. 

ITEMS FOR THE NEWSLETTER:
Please note that all items should be received by Wednesday at 10.30 am.  You can use post, phone or email.  Names for the sick prayer should also be submitted by Wednesdays.  Thank you. 

LENTEN ALMS:
This is a Diocesan collection and takes place during Lent.  If you would like to donate, please use the box in the wall in the porch.  This year the two charities, chosen by Archbishop Vincent, are the St John Southworth Fund and the Thai Children’s Trust. 

STATIONS OF THE CROSS:
Friday mornings after 10 am Mass andFriday evenings at 7 pm:  This Friday, the Rosary Team will lead the service. 

EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT:
Will take place every Sunday during Lent (except 28th February and 28th March) from after the 12.30 pm Mass until 5.30 pm.  Please sign the rota in the porch if you are able to make one of the half hour slots.  If all the time-slots are not filled Exposition cannot take place on that day

FR. KEVIN, DN. VINCENT AND FR. THOMAS (Syro-Malabar Chaplain) will be away from 23rd February until 3rd March and there will be no 8 am Masses during this coming week. 

CAFOD COLLECTION:
Friday, 26th February, is CAFOD Fast Day and there will be a collection after all Masses next weekend.  Please take an envelope. 

PAPER SHOP SALE:
There will be a sale on Sunday 7th March from 9 am – 1 pm of Mother’s Day, St Patrick and Easter cards in the Parish Hall. 

COFFEE MORNING ROTAS:
Please collect your new rota from the Paper Shop today.  Thank you. 

NORTH LONDON HOSPICE:
There is a coffee morning on Wednesday 24th February at 12, Betstyle Road from 10 am – midday.  All welcome. 

COUNTING TEAM:
Team 2 are counting today, with Team 1 next weekend.  Thank you.
