PRIEST TRAINING FUND COLLECTION:
There will be a collection this weekend after all masses for the work of our Priest Training Fund. All the money you give will be used to train our new priests. Please be as generous as you can and if you pay tax, please complete the Gift Aid form on the envelope.

OUR LADY OF LOURDES SCHOOL FORTIETH ANNIVERSARY:
The anniversary will be marked with a Thanksgiving Mass at 7.30pm on Friday 4th May in the Church. A reception in the school will follow for members of staff and governors, past and present.
MAY BAPTISM COURSE:
The first part of the course is on Monday May 14th, when you are asked to come to the Parish Centre between 7 – 8 pm to complete an application form.
BERNADETTE CLUB:
Meet on Friday, May 4th at 2 pm in the Big Hall. New members always welcome.
LADY REQUIRED:
Part time, flexi hours to do light duties. Must have own car and be reliable. For further information call 0208 440 2281.
SISTINE CHAPEL CHOIR:
The first ever British concert by The Sistine Chapel Choir takes place at Westminster Cathedral on Sunday May 6th at 7.30 pm. Seating available for those without tickets. Free admission but there is a collection for the St John Southworth Fund.
HOSPTIAL VISITING:
If you are going into hospital or know someone in hospital please be aware that you have to inform hospital staff if you wish to be visited by the Catholic Chaplain. If you would like to be anointed before going into hospital please see one of the Parish Priests.
CONFIRMATION:
The next session for the Confirmation classes is on Wednesday 2nd May at
7 pm.
CONCERT:
Talented soprano Amaya Pitharas is performing in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Saturday 12th May at 8 pm in the Church. The concert will also feature musician, Merlin Miller. “ROSES IN DECEMBER”
A showing of the Human Rights Watch video on the murder of four female missionaries in El Salvador in 1980, at St Monica’s Parish Centre, 6, Cannon Hill, N14 7HG, on Tuesday 1st May at 8 pm. There is a bar and refreshments will be available.
