EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT:
The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed every Sunday during Lent after the 12.30pm Mass for prayer and adoration until 5.30pm.  Please sign up on the rota in the porch so that Our Lord is never left alone. 

FEAST OF ST PATRICK:
There will Masses at 8 am, 10 am and 7.30 pm on Tuesday 17th March. 

CAFOD:
Thank you very much for your generosity last weekend which amounted to £1,145. 

BROWNIE CRAFT SALE:
The Brownies are raising money for their Centenary Charities with a Sale on Sunday 29th March after the 9.45 am and 11.15 am Masses in the Hall.  Please support them. 

TINS FOR THE HOMELESS:
During Lent we are collecting Tins for the Homeless.   Please leave them in the box at the back of the Church – thank you.

PLAY LEADER:
Our Lady of Lourdes school is looking for a lunch time play leader, starting in March one hour a day, five days a week.  Please call the school on 8361 0767 for details.  

THANKS:

NEW READERS ROTAS:
The rota for the next quarter is available in the Paper Shop today. 

LENTEN TALKS:
The second talk, on St Paul’s First Letter to the Thessalonians, will be on Tuesday, March 24th at 7.30pm in the Upper Office.  This is the year of St Paul, so this is an opportunity to learn more about the letters he wrote to the different Churches. 

STATIONS OF THE CROSS:
Will take place on Fridays after the 10 am Mass and at 7.30 pm.  This Friday evening the Stations will be led by the Brownies and the Cubs. 

READERS:
We are looking for volunteers to read at the 12.30pm  Mass.  If you would like to read please leave  your name with the Parish Office. 

MASS FOR THE SICK:
Mass for the sick with the Sacrament of Anointing will be celebrated at 2.30pm next Saturday, 21st March.  All are welcome – refreshments will follow in the Hall.  Please note, there will not be a 10.00am Mass on that day. 

RCIA:
On Sunday 22nd March, 2009 at the 9.45am Mass, the RCIA Candidates who hope to be received into full communion with the Church at Easter will celebrate the, ‘Scrutinies’.  This is an opportunity for those who are members of the RCIA group to scrutinise their faith and their decision to be received into the Church.  It is also an opportunity for the Christian Community to pray for those to be received into the Church at Easter. 

LADY REQUIRED AS HELPER:
