FAIR TRADE SAVINGS PASSED ON
When big supermarkets have Fair Trade food as loss leaders the parish Fair Trade stall stocks up so we still make a profit for Cafod and pass on half the savings to you as you will see in the hall today.

LINNETTE VINCE RIP:
The Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday 26th January at 10am. 

SONGS OF PRAISE:
At Manor Drive Methodist church, 4 pm this evening, 17th January. A warm welcome awaits everyone. 

JANUARY SALE:
Will take place on 23rd/24th January after the evening Mass on Saturday and the Sunday morning Masses.As always I have lovely hats, gloves and scarves etc at great prices.  If you can donate any gifts, books, toys, DVDs and CDs etc or raffle prizes I will be most grateful.  Cakes on the day will be a big help.Items can be bought to the office during Opening Hours.  Other queries, please ring Janet Butterworth on 01707 664843.All proceeds will go towards the Sanctuary flooring fund.  Do please come along for a great bargain – Janet.

FLOWER ROTAS:
Now ready for collection in the Paper Shop.  Anyone who would like to join the rota would be most welcome, please leave your details in the office. 

COUNTING:
Team 1 is on the rota for Sunday 24th January.  All team members are asked to collect their 2010 rota from the paper shop today.  Many thanks.  

THOMAS CLEARY RIP:
The Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday 27th January at 10 am. 

VALENTINE’S DAY LUNCH:
Sunday 14th February at 1.15pm.   Three course hot lunch, including wine, at £14 per head.  Tickets on sale today after all Masses.  All proceeds towards the Sanctuary flooring. 

CONFIRMATION 2010:
Parents meeting on Wednesday 20th January at 8 pm in the Hall.The course starts on Saturday 23rd January, with an all day session with Ten Ten, from 10.45 am – 5 pm. 

PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO ROME & ASSISI
New Date: 16th – 21st October 2010.
PLEASE NOTE that the dates have been changed, due to unusually high demand for hotel rooms in early October.  Please collect application forms after the 8.30am and 9.45am masses next Sunday, 24th January, in the Parish Hall. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope as many as possible will still be able to come on the pilgrimage.There are more details on the Notice Board – places still available. 

OUR LADY OF LOURDES SCHOOL LADIES INDULGENCE AFTERNOON:
Saturday 30th January from 1.15 pm.  Tickets are £5,  on sale in the school playground from 13th January.
