BORN FOR THIS Good Friday:
Thanks to everyone who expressed interest in taking part in the Good Friday musical liturgy, “Born For This”. It is not too late to sign up. Please complete the form at the back of the church and place it in the box. Alternatively, just turn up for the first meeting on Tuesday 9 February at 7.45pm in the Parish Hall. Musicians please bring instruments.
OUR LADY OF LOURDES FEAST DAY:
There will be a special Mass on Thursday, February 11th at 10 am, which will be attended by the children of our school.
THANKSGIVING FOR MATRIMONY:
There is a special Mass at Westminster Cathedral on Saturday 22nd May for those who are celebrating their 10th, 25th, 40th, 50th and 60th anniversary this year. Please leave your name, address, wedding date and some contact details with the office as soon as possible if you would like to go.
VALENTINE’S DAY LUNCH:
Please note, that because of the Lunch next Sunday, there will be no Coffee morning after Mass.

RCIA RITE OF WELCOME:
Our candidates will be welcomed at the 9.45 am Mass on Sunday 14th February.

LENT 2010:
Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, 17th February. Here are a some events that will be taking place during Lent, which you are invited to attend:
Fr. Tom, Fr. Kevin and Deacon Vincent will be taking three Talks on Tuesdays during Lent:
23rd February: The Last Supper and arrest according to Luke (Fr. Tom).
9th March: Trial and Crucifixion in Luke. (D. Vincent)
23rd March: Burial and resurrection in Luke. (Fr. Kevin).
All will begin at 7.30 pm in the Upper Meeting Room.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS
Friday mornings after 10 am Mass and Friday evenings at 7 pm: this evening session will be led by parishioners. Please sign the form on the Porch notice board if you would like to be a leader. All are welcome to attend either service.
PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO ROME & ASSISI New Date: 16th – 21st October 2010.
Please ensure the application forms with deposit (£120) are handed in by today (7th Feb). Patrick Bolger will be in the Hall after the 8.30 am and 9.45 am Masses to collect. Thank you.
