LENT:
Friday evening’s Stations of the Cross will be led this week by the Knights of St Columba.
Exposition will take place on Sunday afternoon from after the 12.30 pm mass – 5.30 pm. You can add your name to the list in the porch if you are willing to stay for half an hour.
The booklet “Walk With Me” , with meditations for Lent is available in the Paper Shop at £1.
LENTEN ALMS:
There is a box in the Church Porch for your Lenten Alms. All offerings will go to the St John Southworth Fund and the Friends of the Holy Land, two charities personally chosen by Archbishop Vincent Nichols.
LENTEN TALKS:
Start on Wednesday, 16th March, at 7.30 pm in the Upstairs Room. We will be using the booklet, “Faithful Pilgrim”, available from the shop at £1.50
FAIR TRADE STALL:
In the Hall after all Masses this weekend.
CHURCHES TOGETHER TRIP TO HOLY ISLAND (LINDISFARNE):
Anyone still interested is asked to call Felicity on 020 8292 1511. There are more details in the Compass newsletter, available at the back of the church. Deposits should be paid by 20th March.
GOOD FRIDAY:
Parishioners of all ages are invited to take part in our Good Friday morning service, presenting the Stations of the Cross with words, movement and action. This requires a full-day commitment on Saturday 16 April for preparation and rehearsals with Ten Ten Theatre. Sign-up forms will be available at all Masses next week.
CONFIRMATION 2011:
The next Confirmation session is on Wednesday 16th March at 7 pm. If you are not able to attend, apologies need to be received by the Parish Office by midday on Wednesday.

Mass will be at 8 am, 10 am & 7.30 pm.
SACRAMENT OF THE SICK MASS:
Will be celebrated on Saturday 19th March at 2.30 pm. Please note there will be no 10 am Mass on this day.

There is a coffee morning at 12, Betstyle Road for the Hospice on Wednesday 16th March from 10 am.

CAFOD FAMILY FAST DAY, March 18th.
There will be a collection for CAFOD on Sunday 20th March and we have invited a speaker from CAFOD to speak at all Masses. If you are a UK taxpayer, please complete the Gift Aid section on the envelope so that the charity can reclaim the tax you have already paid on your donation.
