MASS FOR THE HOUSEBOUND:
Listeners and Volunteers.
We would welcome anyone who is, even temporarily, unable to attend Mass but would like to take part via the phone at the Saturday evening 6.30pm Mass. If you regularly attend this Mass, why not volunteer to help with this valuable scheme? Please contact the office with your details.
OFFERTORY GIVING:
If you are not using an envelope or donating by standing order please consider doing so. If you were also able to Gift Aid your offering this would add 25% to the value without any loss to yourself and would be of great benefit to the Parish. Please give your details to a member of the Parish Team.
READERS ROTAS:
Rotas for the next three months are available in the Paper Shop. Please take yours today if you have not already done so.
FAIR TRADE:
There will be a fair trade stall after all Masses this weekend, except Sunday evening.
HARRY THOMAS RIP:
The funeral of the late Harry Thomas will take place here on Friday, April 20th at 10 am.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION:
The final sessions are this week – parents meet on Tuesday 17th April at 8 pm, and the children meet on Saturday 21st at 10 am in the Big Hall.
CONFIRMATION:
The next session for the Confirmation classes is on Wednesday 18th April at
7 pm.
ST MARTIN OF PORRES NURSERY SCHOOL have places for September 2012 if your child was born between 1st September 2008 and 31st August 2009. Application forms are available from the school on 020 8361 1445.
CONCERT:
Talented soprano Amaya Pitharas is performing in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Saturday 12th May at 8 pm in the Church. The concert will also feature musician, Merlin Miller. OUR LADY OF LOURDES SCHOOL FORTIETH ANNIVERSARY:
The anniversary will be marked with a Thanksgiving Mass at 7.30pm on Friday 4th May in the Church. A reception in the school will follow for members of staff and governors, past and present.
