WORLD MISSION SUNDAY:
Next Sunday the Holy Father invites all Catholics to contribute to a special collection for Missio, his official charity for overseas mission. World Mission Sunday is a special day that unites Catholics all over the world in prayer, celebration and care for the mission of the Church.  There will be a collection after all Masses next weekend and envelopes can be found at the back of the Church for your donations.  Please gift aid your donation if you are a tax payer – thank you.

DEMENTIA FRIENDS:
You are invited to attend an informal information session to learn about the Dementia Friends Initiative and how we can create dementia friendly communities, in the Parish Hall on either: Saturday 1st, or  8th November at 4.30 pm, or Friday 7th, or Tuesday 11th, at 7.30 pm.  Each session will last an hour – you only have to attend once!  Please register your intention to attend on the Dementia Friends Website, www.dementiafriends.org.uk, or leave your name with the Parish Office.

SCHOOL MASS:
Years 1 and 4 will be joining us for Mass at 10 am on Monday morning.

ST ANNE’S CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL:
There are currently a couple of vacancies in Years 8 and 9 at St Anne’s.  If you would like a place at at Catholic school for your daughter, please contact the school on 0208 366 0514 or visit Reception on our lower school site in London Road,  Enfield Town.

ROME AND ASSISI PILGRIMAGE
27th October – 2nd November:  There will be a meeting in the Small Hall on Tuesday 14th October at 7.30 pm for all those going on the pilgrimage. If you are unable to attend please contact Patrick Bolger Pilgrimage Organiser on 8882 1522.

SECONDARY SCHOOL PRIEST’S REFERENCE FORMS:
If you are considering a place at a Catholic Secondary school for your child please sign up for an appointment for the Priest to sign your Diocesan reference forms. Lists are available in the Paper shop today and  the sign up evening will take place on Monday 20th October.

YOUNG ADULTS BOOK CLUB:

At St Paul’s Church, Wood Green.  The next meeting is on Thursday 16th October at 7.30 pm.  We are currently reading 'My Life with the Saints' by James Martin.  There's no need to have read the book before coming. FAIR TRADE STALL:
Open in the Hall today after Saturday’s 6.30 pm Mass and on Sunday between 8.30 am - 12.30 pm.

NOVEMBER DEAD ENVELOPES:
These are now available at the back of the church.  Please take an envelope and sheet for your list of departed loved ones.  Envelopes can be posted through the Presbytery letter box (blue door).

CAFOD HARVEST FAST DAY:

A Very Big Thank you for your generosity last weekend for the CAFOD Harvest Fast Day.  A total of £2,004 was donated.
