FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2018:
Parents who have completed an application form are asked to sign up for an appointment to meet the Priest and Catechist. The list is available in the Paper Shop today for the appointments which will be on  Monday 25th September.

SECOND COLLECTION:
There will be a collection after all Masses this weekend for Catholic Communications, Home Mission and the Catholic Youth Service.

COUNTING TEAMS:
Current volunteer Counters please collect a new rota from the Papershop today.  There has been a change in the rota from next Sunday as we are temporarily one team short.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support.

COUNTERS:
We are looking for new volunteers to count on a Sunday afternoon.  You will be part of a group which counts approximately every five weeks.  Please let the Parish Office know if you are interested.

PAPER SHOP VOLUNTEERS:
We are looking for volunteers to help in our shop on Saturday evenings and Sundays at Mass times.

SUNDAY MORNING COFFEES:
We are looking for people to help with the Sunday coffees.  If you would like to know more please call or email the Office with your details.  Thank you.

CHURCH FLOWER VOLUNTEERS:
We are looking for volunteers to help with our beautiful displays of flowers in the church.  Please leave your name in the office if you are interested.

FR DAVID & FR GABRIELE WELCOME MASS:
There will be ‘Welcome Mass’ for Fr. David and Fr Gabriele on Friday 13th October at 7.30 pm with the main celebrant being Bishop John Sherrington. After the Mass there will be a reception in the Parish Hall. You are all warmly invited.

EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS ROTA:
New Rotas available from the Paper Shop today.

FR JOHN WHOOLEY:
We will be having a collection for Fr John this weekend after all Masses to thank him for all his work and support in the Parish over the past year. Fr. John will be invited to celebrate the 12.30 pm Mass on Sunday 1st October, followed by refreshments in the Hall.

CARITAS:
You are invited to join Caritas for an evening of practical advice on combatting human trafficking and modern slavery in your community on Tuesday 19th September 6.30 – 8.30pm,  Kilburn West Parish, 1 Stafford Road NW6 – Please see notice board for further details.  This will help inform parishioners how they can recognise the signs, who to contact and what to do at a grassroots level.

PRE ORDER YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE!
Following the success of last year’s trial, pre-orders are being taken for low-needle drop Christmas trees which will be available for collection from mid-December.
All proceeds are in aid of the Hatters Explorer Scout Unit (where most of our Scouts go), who are planning an expedition to Peru next year where they will help build a thermal mass greenhouse for locals to grow their own food in.  The deposit is £10 - the balance payable on collection.  Price depends on height of the tree.  See the poster at the back of the church or call Joe Sutton on 07773 808156.

HATTERS FUNDRAISING CAKE SALE:
