Is there someone who is good with a needle and cotton who can make bags to hang on the back of the chairs used by the choir? If so, please speak to Fr Kevin, who has a pattern for a bag.

Have been coming to Mass for some time but have not yet taken the further step? Is over 18 and not yet confirmed? BLESSED CYPRIAN TANSI:
The Annual Pilgrimage in honour of the Blessed Cyprian Tansi takes place at Mount St Bernard Abbey, Leicester on Saturday 29th August. For details please see the poster in the porch, or call Bernadette on 07813 367787.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2010:
Forms are still available from the Paper Shop for the First Holy Communion programme for Parishioners. Children must be at least 7 years old by 31st August 2009. If your child attends a Catholic school or attended last year’s course for children at non Catholic schools you need the white form. The forms must be handed in, in person on Tuesday 8th September 6pm – 8pm. Please do not return it before then.
SATURDAY CATECHISM CLASSES:
If your child attends a non-Catholic school and you would like them to make their First Holy Communion please collect a pink form from the Paper Shop. This is a one year course which then feeds into the FHC course and your child should be at least 6 years old by 31st August 2009.
WORLD GOA DAY:
Goans and the wider community are invited to celebrate World Goa Day at the Friars, Aylesford , Kent ME20 7BX on Sunday 23rd August 2009. The celebration will commence with an open-air mass at 11.30am and will be followed by a picnic in the church grounds.
