CRIB APPEAL:
Thank you all very much for your donations.  This is the last weekend of the crib appeal.  All money donated goes to the Catholic Children’s Society which assists children and families living in London.  Further information can be obtained from their website: www.cathchild.org.uk.  Thank you.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION COURSE:
Parents are reminded of their meeting on Tuesday 8th January at 8pm.  The children’s session is on Saturday 12th at 10 am, with Mass for the whole family on Sunday 13th at 11.15 am.

OFFERTORY COUNTING ROTAS:
If you haven’t already collected your rota for 2013, they are in the paper shop today.  Thank you.

PARISH OFFICE:

JANUARY SALE:
Will take place on the weekend of 26th/27th January.  All donations welcome – more information in the New Year.

PETER WURR RIP:
Requiem Mass 12 noon Friday 11th January 2013.

NEW YEAR’S DAY:
There will be one Mass only at 12 noon followed by refreshments in the Parish Hall.

SCOUTS AND THE PASSAGE:
The Scouts would like to thank you all very much for your support for their night under cardboard.  You donated a total of £600 to The Passage.

ADVENT DISCUSSIONS:
This year’s discussions are based on the three parts of the Creed and are designed so the participants may be more able to talk about their own faith to others.  The third talk is on Tuesday 18th December at 7.30 pm in the Small Hall.

SCOUT SLEEPOUT:
More than two dozen Scouts slept in cardboard boxes in the Church grounds last night to raise awareness of homelessness in the capital.  Each is trying to raise funds, through sponsorship, for The Passage, London’s  largest voluntary sector day centre for homeless and vulnerable people.  Come and see where they slept this Sunday morning – and if you feel moved or inspired at their efforts, please make a donation.
