PAPER SHOP:
We are looking for a volunteer to keep the Paper Shop open on Sunday evenings for ten minutes before and after the Mass. We will not be able to open the shop otherwise. Please contact Cecilia on 0208 361 9408 after 4 pm if you want to know more.
YEAR OF MERCY DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO WALSINGHAM: Saturday 9th July.
We now have enough interest to book our own coach to Walsingham. It will leave from here at 6.30 am, and return around 8 pm. A seat on the coach will cost £10/head, and is being subsidised by the Parish. Please bring your £10 to the Office to book your place on the coach.
CONFIRMATION COURSE 2016:
The next session takes place on Saturday 23rd April at 5 pm, followed by Mass at 6.30 pm.
BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP:
If you have been recently bereaved and would like to talk to someone, the Parish has a small team of bereavement support volunteers. If you would like to speak someone please complete a form in the Church Porch and hand it into the Parish Office.
COLLECTION FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE UKRAINE:
Pope Francis has asked all the Catholic communities of Europe to hold a special collection on Sunday 24th April in favour of the people of Ukraine. He also asks that we all continue to pray for them in their suffering. Thank you for your generosity.
PLANNED GIVING SCHEME:
It would be a great help to the parish if you are able to donate your offerings each week through the planned giving scheme or by standing order. If you are also able to ‘Gift Aid’ your donation the parish would be able to gain a further 25% of your donation in tax relief from HMRC without any cost to yourself. Application forms are in the porch at the back of the church. Thank you.

PRIEST TRAINING FUND:
The second collection at the end of all masses today will be for the work of the Priest Training Fund. Today is also Good Shepherd Sunday, the day we pray for our priests and future priests. The Fund helps cover the costs of vocations promotion, forming seminarians, educating priests for special ministries and ongoing enrichment to strengthen priests. Your gift helps ensure the best formation for those men dedicating their lives to the church and service to us, their parishioners. LOURDES TRIP:
We still have at least five spaces on the trip in September. Cost £580 approx. which includes flights and accommodation and all meals. Please let the Office know if you would like to join the Pilgrimage.
