PARISH BARBEQUE:
The Parish BBQ is next Saturday, 18th July, at 7.30pm. Tickets are now on sale, £5 adults and £2 for children.
JULY BAPTISM COURSE:

CHURCH FLOOR PAINTING:
You will notice that our flooring has been painted and the lino replaced.A very big thank you to the three volunteers who worked very hard to make this happen.

A very big thank you for your generosity last weekend for ‘Peter’s Pence’ the personal charity of the Holy Father, Pope Benedict XV1. A total of £980 was collected.

Our Lady of Lourdes and St Monica’s schools are competing in a game of outdoor bowls on July 9th at 1.30 pm in Arnos Park Bowls Club. All are welcome to come and cheer them on!

CATHOLIC LIFE:
This is a monthly magazine, on sale in the Paper Shop, with interesting articles of a Catholic nature. This month’s issue carries an interview with Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O’Connor.
FAIR TRADE STALL TODAY:
Developing country farmers have already received a guaranteed fair price for their sugar, cocoa etc so today’s reductions, eg 75% on belgian chocolates are ‘loss leaders’ or ‘margin crunches’ by supplier Traidcraft or our stall.

OUR LADY OF LOURDES SCHOOL:
Will be holding their Summer Fair on Sunday 5th July 12pm – 3pm. Lots of stalls, things to do, opportunities to win some great prizes including a special raffle for a West Indies Test Cricket Team 2009 signed shirt.
LAWN BOWLS:
Our Lady of Lourdes and St Monica’s schools are competing in a game of outdoor bowls on July 9th at 1.30 pm in Arnos Park Bowls Club. This will be the first time in Enfield, and the Mayor will be present. The children are aged between 9 and 10 and are very enthusiastic about their bowling. You are all welcome to come and watch the match and cheer for your school!!
