BERNADETTE CLUB:
The next meeting is Friday 5th October in the Parish Hall between 2 – 4 pm.  All welcome.

CAFOD:
Next Friday is Harvest Fast Day.  There will be a collection after all Masses next weekend.  Envelopes are available at the back of the Church today for your donations.  If you are a UK tax payer please consider completing the gift aid form attached to the envelope – thank you.

CHIEF SCOUT’S AWARD:
Congratulations to Jane Landi who has been awarded The Chief Scout’s Award in recognition of 30 years service to Scouting. 

TOWARDS LEADERSHIP IN A CATHOLIC SCHOOL for Catholic teachers currently working in non-Catholic schools.

AFTERNOON TEA:
Janet and John Butterworth are hosting an Afternoon Tea with a sale and auction on Saturday 29th September from 2.30pm -4.30pm in the Parish Hall.  The event is to raise money for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice on the Isle of Wight.  If you would to know more please ring Janet on 01707 664843 – Thank you.

RCIA COURSE:
If you are interested in becoming a Catholic, or would like to know more about being a Catholic the RCIA course will begin on Sunday 7th October at 11.15am.

The September course continues on Monday 17th September at 7.30pm in the Small Hall.

DIOCESAN COLLECTION:
There will be collection this weekend after all Masses to be divided between: Catholic Youth Service, Agency for Evangelisation and Racial Justice.

SINGERS NEEDED:
The 9.45 am Mass choir is looking for new members, so if you enjoy singing, come along any Sunday and speak to Peter or Kathy, or phone Peter on 020 8886 8726.

BAPTISM COURSE:
The September course begins on Monday 10th.  Please come to the Parish Centre between 7 – 8 pm to complete an application form.

VOLUNTEER FOR CAFOD:

CAKE SALE:
A Very Big Thank You to all those who helped, baked and bought cakes last weekend and/or donated to the raffle.  A massive £750 was raised for the Bardet-Biedl Society.  Unclaimed raffle prizes can be collected from the Paper Shop at the Weekend or from the Office during opening hours:
