FIRST HOLY COMMUNION:
On Tuesday 4th January at 8pm there will be a meeting for parents of children hoping to receive their Holy Communion for the first time in 2011.Saturday 8th at 10am is Catechesis for the Children and on Sunday 9th, the 11.15am Mass is for all the family.
JANUARY SALE:
Just a short note to say that the January Sale will take place in the Parish Hall on 22nd/23rd January. We would be most grateful for any saleable items. More news in the New Year – Thank you Janet Butterworth.
OFFERTORY ROTAS:
The new rota begins this Sunday, January 2nd. Please collect your copy from the paper shop today. Many thanks.

CHRISTMAS ENVELOPES:
There are envelopes in the porch for those not in the envelope scheme for your Christmas Offering for the Priests of the Parish. Christmas collections are your gift to the Priests of the Parish and go towards making up the bulk of their income for the year.
EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS:
We need 4 ministers for the 6.30pm Mass on Christmas Eve, 4 for Midnight Mass, 4 for the 8.30am, 9.45am and 11.15am on Christmas Day and 2 for the 12.30pm Mass on Christmas Day. There is a sheet in the Porch for volunteers to sign – thank you.

MARIA DADOMO RIP:
Reception of the body is Sunday 12th December at 7.30 pm, followed by the funeral at 11 am on Monday. Fr. Agostino will officiate.

TINS FOR THE HOMELESS:
During Advent we collect tins for the homeless. Please leave any tins in the box at the back of the Church.

Held by the North London Goans at Woodside High School, White Hart Lane, N22 on Sunday 5th December from 12.45 pm. Tickets from Frank Mendes 8888 1400 or Bernadette Dias 8361 9417.
PAPAL VISIT COLLECTION:
Thank you for your kind donations last weekend. A total of £815 was collected.
BERNADETTE CLUB:
Meets on Friday 3rd December in the Parish Hall at 2pm. This will be the Christmas Party and all are welcome.
EXTRA FAIR TRADE STALL:
There is a variety of craft and jewellery items priced at £6 or less as well as other seasonal items on the stall today.

AUTUMN POUND-A-MONTH DRAW:
Congratulations to Mr O’Sullivan, Mrs Hosford & Mr Handy who won first prize of £201.60, second prize of £57.60 & third prize of £28.80 respectively.
BARNET MENCAP COFFEE MORNING:
Many thanks to all those who helped in any way to make the Coffee morning such a great success. We raised £507 which will be put to good use. All raffle prizes were claimed.

SICK AND RETIRED PRIESTS:
Thank you for your generosity last weekend. The collection for the Sick and Retired Priests raised £2,455.
FAIR TRADE STALL:
The Stall is open today 13th/14th November (not Sunday evening). Traidcraft Catalogues will be available.

FATHER VINCENT MALONE:
Fr Vincent wishes to thank everybody for their generous support during the run-up to his Ordination, and for all the cards and gifts that he received. He hopes you all enjoyed the Ceremony last Saturday!

Congratulations to Fr. Vincent who was ordained priest yesterday. May he have many years of priestly ministry. Please pray for him.

DEACON VINCENT:
Everyone is invited to the Ordination to the Priesthood of Deacon Vincent on Saturday 30th October at 12 noon at St Mellitus, Tollington Park, N4 3QW. To get there go to Finsbury Park Tube, walk up Wells Terrace and Fonthill Road, and the church is in front of you. Vincent’s first Mass is here at 11.15am on Sunday 31st October.
MAC MILLAN COFFEE MORNING:
There are still some prizes left for collection. Please see the notice board and collect from the Paper Shop.
CAR PARK CLEANING:
Volunteers are needed to help clean the Car Park on Saturday 6th November from 9am. If you can spare a few hours please come along – thank you.

COLLECTION FOR DEACON VINCENT:
There will be a second collection next weekend to buy a gift to celebrate the Ordination to the Priesthood of Deacon Vincent and to thank him for all that he has done in our Parish. Please be as generous as you can – thank you.
DEACON VINCENT:
Everyone is invited to the Ordination to the Priesthood of Deacon Vincent on Saturday 30th October at 12 noon at St Mellitus, Tollington Park, N4 3QW. Please see the porch for details of how to get there. Vincent will celebrate his first Mass here at 11.15am on Sunday 31st October.
