A VERY BIG THANK YOU…
To all those who helped in any way to prepare our young people (and our church) for First Holy Communion and Confirmation this year.  All three ceremonies were much appreciated by those who attended them.

The Finance Team meet in the Small Hall on Monday, May 8th, at 8.15 pm.

MARIA CHRISTODOULOU RIP:
The Requiem will take place on Monday 8th May at 10 am.

ASSUNTA DI-LIETO RIP:

TODDLER GROUP:
We have a parent/toddler group that meets in the Parish Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.15 – 11.15 am, term time only.  If you would like to know more, come to a session and speak to one of the leaders.

EASTER ENVELOPES:
If you are not in the Planned Giving Scheme and would like to make a donation to the clergy this Easter, please take an envelope from the back of the Church – thank you.

HOLY WEEK POSTERS:
Posters are available at the back of the Church for you to take home and display in your window.  A big thank you to Bob Westbury for supplying them.

PALM SUNDAY:
The 9.45 am Mass will start on the patio (or in the Hall if wet) next Sunday.  Palms will be blessed at all Masses next weekend.

LENT 2017:
Lent offers us an opportunity to deepen the meaning and value of our Christian lives. In the Lenten period the Church makes it her duty to propose some specific tasks that accompany the faithful in this process of interior renewal: these are prayer, fasting and almsgiving.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2017:
Parents are reminded of their meeting on Tuesday 21st March at 8 pm.  The children’s session is Saturday 25th at 10 am and the Family Mass at 11.15 am on Sunday is for the whole family.

CONFIRMATION 2017:
The next session is on Saturday 25th March at 5 pm.

Members of our very own 22nd Southgate Scout Group slept out on cardboard and in tents last December to raise funds and awareness about homelessness. The full story is here in Enfield Today.
