MASS TIMES THIS WEEK:
Please note that there is no 8 am Mass on Easter Monday.  The church will close after the 10 am Mass every day this week.

ADULT CONFIRMATION:
There is a preparation meeting, for those who have completed the forms, on Monday 28th April at 7.30 pm in the Parish Centre.

CONFIRMATION COURSE:
Candidates are reminded that their course resumes on Wednesday 23rd April at 7 pm in the Parish Hall.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION COURSE:
The final session for parents in on Tuesday 29th April at 8 pm in the Parish Hall.

The Reception of the Body will take place on Sunday 13th April at 7.45pm followed by the Requiem on Monday 14th at 10 am.

MASSES AT OUR LADY OF LOURDES:
Please note that all Masses to be celebrated here are fully booked until at least the end of May.  If you require a specific date you are advised to visit the Office at least 5 months before that date.  Masses can be sent to the Missions, where they will be celebrated on a regular basis, but we can not offer a date for these. Please enquire at the Parish Office for more information about booking a Mass.

READERS AND PAPER SHOP VOLUNTEERS:

New rotas are available for collection from the Paper Shop today.

STATIONS OF THE CROSS:
On Friday at 10.30 am and 7.30 pm. This week the evening Stations will be led by Johanna Crick.

PALM SUNDAY:
Next Sunday Palms will be blessed and distributed at all Masses.  The will be a solemn procession at the 9.45 am Mass starting in the Patio at the back of the Hall entrance.

CHURCHES TOGETHER “STATIONS OF THE CROSS”:

This will take place on Saturday 5th April, beginning with the First Station at Christ Church, Whetstone URC, at 11 am, then along the High Road to the final station at St John’s, Whetstone at approximately 12 noon.  All are welcome.

Anyone who was unable to make the Mass of the Anointing of the Sick please let one of the priests or the Parish Office know and a priest will visit you at home.

The Requiem is on Wednesday 19th March at 10 am.

Please avoid using the car park on the days of these funerals so that the mourners can use it.

LENTEN ALMS:
Each Lent the Diocesan collection is sent to two charities, at home and abroad.  This year the beneficiaries are “Aid to the Church in Need”, who are currently working with the people of Syria, and “The Bakhita Fund in association with Caritas Westminster”, who are working with victims of human trafficking and modern slavery in London. Please use the internet to find out more about either of these charities.  Your Alms can be placed in the Box in the church porch.

The first part of the course will take place on Monday 3rd between 7 – 8 pm, when you are invited to come to the Parish Centre to complete an application form.  The second part of the course is at 7.30 pm on Monday 10th March.

BERNADETTE CLUB:

Meets on Friday, 7th March, at 2 pm in the Parish Hall.  New members are always welcome.

SUNDAY MORNING REFRESHMENTS:

Parents are reminded of their meeting on Tuesday at 8 pm in the Parish Hall.  The children’s session is on Saturday at 10 am and the Family Mass is on Sunday at 11.15 am.

Candidates are asked to sign up for an appointment for registration which will take place on Wednesday 12th February.  Application forms, timetables and registration appointment lists are in the Sacristy after Mass.
